Hi all

Just in case you haven't seen, they have made new videos for all the exercises on the Venus site. They are so much better and explain much more. Definitely worth a peek. Onwards and downwards ladies with defined biceps and abs. Enjoy the weekend! :wink:

    Yes they seem to but just realised they will to show on my iPhone grr show from the site fine though
