Its the weekend. Eat whatever you decide. During this time, please think of another breakfast you would like, lunch and snacks. We have already begun a "go to" breakfast meal, so we can add variety with a second, healthy "go to" breakfast. All we are doing here is replacing your habitual food choices with another set of habitual food choices, only this set of meals is better for your heath and weight goals than the first set.

    Tried a different breakfast this morning. Didn't like it. Back to the drawing board. Have a good weekend.

    Hello, new here! I am still on my "to go" - two boiled eggs, a chunk of pomelo, and some florets of broccoli. And coffee. Gonna finish the fruit and vegs, and then switch to something else that I love :smile:
