AHHHH very nervous

Ok so I just posted this in my news feed but for those of you I am not friends with here goes:
Ok so Im a little nervous today. We are eating at my parents house tonight and that means I have way less control over the food choices. I know we are having hamburgers, which my husband is helping to make and then I said I would making cooking light garlic fries…this way I have a little control over the food but I am not "ruining" everyones meal. I planned ahead, ate a smaller but filling breakfast and lunch, leaving me plenty of calories for tonight. I already inputted the dinner so I know that if it goes the way it should, I am still under my calories…But still nervous…what about the little extras, I know they add up. Also saying no to whatever homemade desert my mom has on hand is going to be next to impossible. This is the first time in this journey where I just feel like 1230 calories are NOT ENOUGH :) Ok rant over

Don't really have time for anymore exercise either, about to spend the next 4 hours at the baseball fields for kids baseball scrimmage and then straight to the parents house…..

    I would say just enjoy the family meal without putting so much guilt on yourself. Try to maybe have a couple of hamburgers but no bread and lots of salad with it.
    I'm probably too late with this reply as I'm in UK but when the meals behind you just forget what you ate and continue to eat healthily the rest of this week.
    I walk at least 5 miles a day as my exercise.Could you get a long walk in today?
    Don't reduce your calories down this week because of the family meal as you won't be eating enough and this might make you give up.
    Hope this all makes sense
    Happy healthy eating xx::huh:

    Thank you for the advice. I was unable to get a walk in…Super busy day of baseball for my kids and then family dinner but I did stay under my calories by eating smart earlier in the day and then watched my portion control. Enjoyed every bite of that burger and garlic fries and did not feel a bit of guilt afterward. It was quite nice actually. Today is back to the normal with all my meals controlled by me and a good walk planned with the husband later this evening.

    Good for you!! You planned it, managed it, and most importantly - enjoyed it! I'm impressed. Now it's my turn - going to my sister's for dinner tonight and she's a great cook! I've made a plan tho'....which means I'm outta here to go for my walk! :happy:

    I've just done my walk for the day and am going to have a nice salad for tea.
    I've been glued to the TV all day tracking some friends running the London UK Marathon .
    It recalled spurred me on to lose weight and get fitter!
    How many hours behind me are you guys ?
    Keep going everyone ! Xx
