Goal for this week: 2 pounds! and doing abs exercise 4 times and increase my water.

    FINALLY broke through the 190's last week! lost 1.7 lbs, feeling good, feeling good.

    Still walking and I am on the 2nd week of T25. This week, more of the same - keep track of my calories and keep on working out!

    I am, however, going to take a major break on Sunday so I am not setting a weight loss goal for this week. I love easter candy almost as much as I love to breathe. Sunday I am giving myself free reign to eat all the candy I want guilt free. Oh My Gosh, I am so excited! Is it Sunday yet?

    Kmouse2 - I hate holding patterns! It feels like I was 190 forever! Just keep on logging and working out, it feels so good when you finally see a drop. You got this!
