Need support

Anyone in 70's who wants to form a friendship and support group. I am 73 and everyone on here seems so young, and does not respond. I like playing bridge and golf. I play on bbo, bridge base on line. I have recently gained 10 pounds and am in the process of getting that and more off. I take glipizide and have increased to 2 pills a day. I am a food alholic and it is either very easy for me to eat right when I am good; and when my desire to eat overcomes my will to be healthy, it is almost impossible to get back to eating healthy. Looking forward to your friendship and support and I will in turn try to be supportive to you.
