Today I woke up and told myself it would be a good day. and you know what!!!? It has been! I slept late:) got up stretched had a shake for lunch((( for me replacement shakes work great for a meal a day))) then this afternoon I went mushroom hunting with my husband, I had the energy to do it!! That in itself was amazing! But I enjoyed the walking too.. I came home and made dinner for my family I made steamed vegi stir fry, on the side I fried some pork for my family and some fried rice But I just had the veggies with a small amount of soy sauce and it honest was perfect I did not even miss the huge helping of rice I usually have!
Yesterday was a hard day I felt miserable and hungry But I made it though! I am so so happy this program has us focus on just today!! Because today was great!!
