So your breakfast is on its way to autopilot. Not that hard, huh? Now let's do it a little bigger.

1. You can add a 2nd go to breakfast this week, alternating with the first one, or just continue with the first one.

This week we start lunch and snacks.

2. Choose your lunch that is filling, delicious, within your allotted calories AND is supportive for your health. Then do the same for snacks.

3. Buy your food.

4. Eat and enjoy.

5. Log breakfast, lunch, snacks on mfp.

6. Report back here.

7. If all is well, wash, rinse, repeat steps 4-7.

    2. 3oz chicken breast, stir fry veggies, 3 tbsp sir fry sauce, water. Snacks: wheat toast, coffee, 1% cottage cheese, trail mix.

    3. Did, and separated into portions.

    1. Going with Breakfast 1 just going to switch up what kinds of fruit I'm putting in it.
    2. Found a recipe on here for homemade vegeburgers. Going to have 1 in a 1/2 of a flatout wrap with cherry tomatoes, green onion, light wasabi mayo, and 1/4 C of bagged coleslaw mix; and a 8 oz. serving of Naked Fruit Green Machine smoothie. Snacks: 1/2C 1% cottage cheese, or 5 dried apricots, or 4 dried prunes, or 1C chicken broth, or herbal mint tea hot or cold.
    3. Get paid tomorrow will go shopping!
