Just wanted to introduce myself and welcome others to friend me as we embark on the journey of healthy living together. I had RNY surgery 06/09 and lost down to 118 lbs. but gained up to 145 lbs. due to meds. and a candy cane pouch which I had removed during a stomach and colon revision in Nov. 2013. I have lost down to 123 lbs. and have 13 lbs. to go. Please feel free to encourage me as I am close to entering into pre-maintanence. I have increased my calories to 900 calories and in two weeks will increase to 1,000 calories per my doctor's directions. I will begin walking track tomorrow since it is raining today. I thank you in advance for your responses.

Welcome to the group! :flowerforyou:
We will 'dish out' all the encouragement, advice, support and answers we can to help you. This/our group is full of wonderful and experienced weight-losers!!!! As the saying goes 'All for one and One for all' - we need you, too! Jump in, when you feel the urge, to share your experiences. There are so many at various stages of 'getting healthy'. I am in maintenance..... or so I thought, until I put my spring jacket on. Now I'm back to 'getting serious' again.
Feel free to add me as a friend.
Good luck in your journey. We look forward to hearing from you. :laugh:0 -

I had my sleeve July 2011 and am still working on getting to goal. Between needing to lose 226 pounds from the beginning to a few plateaus, it's been a slow progress, but I am not giving up! Feel free to add me if you want. I'm always looking for decidicated and motivated friends on here.0
