I am trying to clean up my form a bit and this video is pretty awesome. It is geared toward powerlifters, but it goes over some mechanics that I think everyone, regardless of goals, could benefit from.

    good vid...glad he touched on the leg placement and actual bone structure.

    What he said made a lot of sense...will definately keep this book marked for later viewing if I have issues.

    I liked those as well...although I did get a bit confused on foot placement on the benching one...

    Very helpful. The trick to "click" into the right low bar position was very helpful. That was driving me batty. And the bit about different hip types can drive how wide your stance can be was helpful.
