I have been so out of control! the past month I have binged pretty much non-stop, and I just totally stop eating any nutritious food. I don't think I've cooked anything at all this month. I used to cook everything and eat healthy. I need to get back on track.

Can anyone please share favorite healthy recipe blogs/recipes? Thanks!

  • For me, if I can just break the cycle/habit for a day or two, it feels easier to stop the prolonged binges.

This is my favorite site for recipes.

Also, one of my "tricks" is to make soup. 2 cups water with 2-3teaspoons of chicken bouillon. I add in carrots, celery, onions, spinach, broccoli and any other veggie you might like. Boil until veggies are tender. Add 2-3 tablespoons of chopped up cheddar cheese. I usually eat it with 12-16 oz of milk. It's healthy, yummy, and makes me feel so full quite often it will keep me from beginning to binge. Good luck, I know that out of control feeling is so horrible and scary.

    God bless you.
