Breakfast -EASY
Beverages - EASY
Lunch - OK
I usually use fresh veggies, sugar & lots of regular sauce - this was frozen veggies, no sugar, lower salt & portioned controlled sauce, so instead of WOW!, it was more like, oh.
Snacks - HARD
I have kids, they have chips! And cookies! And I have...cottage cheese and portion controlled low sodium nuts. Notice my snacks are missing the requisite tastes for snacks: sweet, salty, greasy. Yesterday I grabbed a cookie and half a bag of chips. Today, I stuck to the plan. Just when I nearly had enough, it was time to workout, had a snack after that, and felt fine. Logging was really easy, since I used the quick tools. Let's see if tomorrow the snacks will be easier. It get's easier the more you practice!!!0 -
