How much of your diet is now on autopilot? Which parts of your diet are you more actively engaged in? Are you having particular success in one area, or stuggles in another?

Breakfast and beverages are sailing. I automatically reach for water during and between meals.
I've grown to like green tea and honey in the mornings, and treat coffee as a snack. Lunch is whatever - it's obvious it needs tweaking. Snacks are quite obviously "the issue" - and late night snacking specifically. Logging was difficult for me for some reason, but now, with the meals copying over, it's easy.0 -
