Set some realistic (non food) goal rewards!

Take a moment to think about this...

"What are things that I want to reward myself with doing when I reach certain milestones?" Make sure though that you are not rewarding yourself with food.

270 lbs ➙ Color my hair! ✔ Done
245 lbs ➙ Get another tattoo! ✔ (Couldn't get the tattoo though yet, still have to have the money to do so)
220 lbs ➙ Buy a dress!
195 lbs ➙ Buy a bathing suit
170 lbs ➙ Adult beach trip with friends AND My husband takes me out dancing!
165 lbs ➙ I make my grandpa proud!
150-155 lbs ➙ I reach my goal!

    I'm with you on this one! Great way to motivate! I'll get working on my list! I would challenge everyone in the group to get their own list!
