So, I'm not feeling well. It was an unintended test of the diet autopilot. Yesterday, I had the alternate breakfast. This morning, I was wondering what I felt like having for breakfast, since I was feeling pretty crappy. Made "the usual." Diet Autopilot worked!
Tweaked lunch yesterday by adding noodles - made a huge difference, I really enjoyed "the usual" yesterday.
Snacks - totally blew it, again. I didn't eat dinner because I needed to rest, but I was snacking all day. What do I intend to do about it????
1. Drink hot tea as a snack
2. Eat a bowl of cream of wheat b/4 the nighttime snacking starts.
Do you have any suggestions?0
