Ideas for Strength/Weight Workouts

Hello all. Looking for some ideas here.
I am very consistent at my morning cardio workout (exercise bike), but realize I need to add some strength / weight training to my routine. All ideas welcome, although I don't do gyms. Also, not a lot of extra space for equipment in my townhouse.
Also, does anyone subscribe to Daily Burn. Is it worth it?

Hi!
Maybe try some inexpensive hand weights (Target/WalMart?)...search the web (Google my go-to) for work-out ideas like this link....http://www.wikihow.com/Workout-at-Home-Using-Hand-Weights

I love the book, "Strong Women Stay Young" as a start to home weights.0

I am not familiar with "Daily Burn" but what you have done thus far is great. Kudos!
I walk with weights with the Leslie Sansone work out dvds. Some of her newer ones are more compact in time say 30 minutes using weights and/or stretch bands that allow you to work out without realizing you are doing it. Lunges which I had never been able to do before- or well -are made easier with the weights as counter balances.
Two I would highly recommend are the "Firm 30" and the other I think is called, "Blast Fat."
It has been a great intro to weights, safely I might add.
Have a great day!0
