The battle of the weight on cortisone

I am exercising and I am eating a lot less then when I was on higher dosages, but still it does not seem to come off. Last time I lost and a couple kgs was when I reduced it. I am on 4 mg of cortisone and still have issues. I do seem to eat under my goal, and the computer is always saying you are eating too little. Does anyone know if this is really true. It is not drastically under maybe by 100 to 200 calories. Do I really need to eat those as well? Or is it just hopeless until I reduce again. I am maintaining that is good so I am not going up in weight.
