How did everyone do today did you all feel really pleased to say goodbye to the last ever exercise of month two? It was such a nice feeling when I pressed stop today and I am really looking forward to doing the fit test tomorrow.

Hope you all have done well :-) Congratulations on completing the crazy cardio!!

    I cant believe it. We are there. We all made it!!! We are the few that complete this and change there life. I have more to day but ill wait for tomorrow!!
