Nutrition Plans

What does everyone's nutrition plan include? Give me an example of how many meals you eat per day, and what you eat in those meals. Snacks are included as meals. Please include vitamins as well. This is an accountability post, so be honest!

I'll start.

Breakfast: Herbalife shake w/ 2% milk, herbal tea, piece of fruit. (Multivitamin, Cell Activator, and Cell-U-Loss)
Snack: Peanut butter and celery or apple, water. (Aminogen)
Lunch: Herbalife shake w/ water and protein mix, herbal tea, peanut butter sandwich w/ whole grain bread. (Multivitamin, Cell Activator, and Cell-U-Loss)
Snack: Protein bar, water. (Aminogen)
Dinner: Lean meat (chicken mostly), veggies, carbs (brown rice and sweet potatoes), Herbal tea.(Multivitamin and Cell-U-Loss)

Post-workout: Herbalife24 Rebuild Strength

This is an example of my regimen. It's pretty basic, and it helped me reduce body fat and gain muscle, and improve my overall health. Share your nutrition regimen with me. :)
