First of all, Happy Easter!

I've slacked for the last two days, and then ate waayyyy too much at my mom's brunch today. So I made myself do level 2, waited an hour, and went back and did level 1. I am tired! But I'm under my calorie goal (for now). :)

    Happy Easter to you! Today was day 1 of Level 3. I think once I get the moves down I'll like this level the best!

    Way to go, ladies! I just finished Day 20. Let me just say I am SO glad to be done with Level 2. I can't believe there are only 10 days left....we have all come so far.

    Great job everyone! I've taken a few days off, so tonight I plan to do Level 2 - day 5, halfway for me, but I'm going to stick it out!

    I did my shred this morning, after taking a few days off. I am back on track and did level 2 this morning and think I will do level 1 tonight!

    I only did half Thursday and none over the long weekend. I have been considering quitting, but this totally is not my style. I hope I can find my motivation and get caught back up.

    I was really into 30DS for the first 10 days or so, and I was seeing results. However after taking a few days off, I realize I need more variety in my schedule. Yesterday I just wasn't feeling it, so I walked on the treadmill, which felt great! Then I did another 40 minutes on the treadmill this morning. I think the key is finding something that you like and that gives you the results you want/need.

    I think I'm going to do the Shred tomorrow and probably Thursday. I do enjoy working out daily, and I want to enjoy my workouts. I was getting sick of the Shred and took a few days off, and I'll get back to it when I feel like it.

    My new goal is to do the 30DS in 60 days :) Everyone has different goals, that is fine.
