I am so proud to have finished this and with some amazing people. I couldnt have finished without you. Looking forward to doing it all over again, maybe not as insane but doing it none the less. well here goes, im just gonna list my first test and my last
1. Switch Kicks 52/84 (+36)
2. Power Jacks 57/72 (+25)
3. Power Knees 75/108 (+23)
4. Power Jumps 35/57 (+22)
5. Globe Jumps 10/16 ( +6)
6. Suicide Jumps 18/30 (+12)
7. Push-Up Jacks 25/32 (+7)
8. Low Plank Oblique 30/41 (+11)
I saw increases over every exercise which didnt really suprise me, now for the measurements
Chest 42"/38 1/2" (-3 1/2")
L Bicep 14 1/2"/13" (-1 1/2")
R Bicep 15"/13" (-2")
Waist 39"/36 1/2" ( -2 1/2")
Hips 39"/36" ( -3")
L Thigh 23 1/2"/21" (-2 1/2")
R Thigh 23"/21" (- 2")
L Calf 16"/14 1/2" (- 1 1/2")
R Calf 16"/14 1/2" (- 1 1/2")
Weight 207/185 (-22 lbs)
Lost 22 lbs and 20" off my body with one round of this. My profile pic is actually my most recent pic. Just look in my pics and youll see how much has changed.

The last fit test I did didnt go as well as I had hoped I decreased on some exercises from the previous ones but nonetheless I have improved from the very beginning. Anyway my results from these manic 2 months are:
Switch kicks 87/120 (+33)
Power jacks 37/45 (+8)
Power knees 80/66 (-14)
Power jumps 24/41 (+17)
Globe jumps 9/10 (+1)
Suicide jumps 13/19 (+6)
Push up jacks 18/26 (+8)
Low plank oblique 23/30 (+7)
Measurements:
Start weight 67kg. End= 65kg. (-2kg)
Rib cage 79cm - 74cm (-5cm)
Waist 96cm - 82cm (-14cm)
Hips 96cm - 92cm (-4cm)
Thigh 59cm - 56cm (-3cm)
Total loss= -28cm and -2kg

wow everyone did amazing! I haven't done my fit test yet, I hurt my foot and want to wait till it gets better. I will post as soon as I can. I'll also do my measurements tonight so I can post that, meant to do them yesterday but forgot. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!! WE DID IT!!!!!!!!!!0
