118.6 lbs. 22% body fat, is behaving as a set point i need to change

    yeaaahhh can I weigh in on thursday? This weekend was a hot mess and I might need more time to make up the damage done XD

    I want to focus on diet alone. I will see if scale moves tomorrow based on 900-100 calories if not possibly doing another 60 mins of cardio on Tuesday to get ahead of meeting my 500 daily deficit!!

    My goal is to make it to 104 by the end of April. Let's keep it going!!!

    Week 4 weight in 118.4 (April 21)

    Since this is ONGOING, I wanted to post my weight today. I celebrated Easter with Chinese takeout. It was all protein as I am on the LCHF Lifestyle, however, being take out food, I know there were hidden carbs. I have decided to do a modified IF (Intermediate Fast)...no solids, but I will drink V8 Juice for Potassium and Broth for Sodium...and all the coffee water tea, and coconut oil when I get hungry.

    Tomorrow I take a Dexa scan to measure my bodyfat. It will be my benchmark for my future Bodyfat losses (smile)... I will share for sure :)

    Keep on keepin' on everyone...you are doing AWESOME! Let's NEVER give up toward our health and fitness :)

    You are doing awesome Rosie. Just make sure to avoid slowing your metabolism.

    Sounds like a good trick. Funny diet soda does the trick for me when I fast for 5 hours as it makes my tummy feel like I had a large meal..LOL

    Week 3: 126.0
    Week 4: 125.8!

    Good news: W0000t I'm in the 125 zone!
    Bad news: I've been measuring my hips wrong. Darn. I had been doing it around where my hips just looked wider, but it seems you have to do it lower where your butt is larger. Which stinks, because I have a naturally large derrier. However, based on my measurement around there last week for the heck of it, I think I lost about 0.5 inches. And, the area around my hips that I normally measure is down an inch- I'm happy about that and nothing will take that from me. I've decided I'm going to call that a new measurement titled the gut.

    Also, it looks like I had been measuring my thighs wrong- I was doing it juust a bit below the widest point- that's fine though, since there doesn't seem to be that big of a difference. At the widest point I seem to be about 23. Well, now I know. My BF% is probably still around 25-26 range. I'll have more formal measurements next week.

    But overall, yaaaay from being in 125 town!
