Week 10 weigh in

Hi DiscoB! I think you and I are the only ones left. Starting this last week (we weigh in at the final next week, right?) I am down to 150lbs. I hope to be 149lbs by next Monday, just to break out of the 150s. Still feeling pretty good about where I'm at!

Thanks for your words of encouragement. It is a relief to find the allergy triggers, much better to feel good by...you know, uh, actually feeling good, than feeling good by binging on my chocolates. :)

    Sorry for the delay gained a couple of pounds of easter excess didnt want to post my last but one recording with a a gain!

    starting weight 250lbs now at 233lbs.....17lbs gone !

    Chest. Started at 52", now 49".......-3"
    Waist started at 42" , now 40.5"....-1.5"
    Hips. Started 48.5" , now 45"......-3.5"
    Bicep started 14.5" , now 13.5"......-1"
    Thigh started 24.5" , now 23"......-1.5"
    Calf. Started 17" , now 16.5".......-0.5"

    11" lost!

    BMI started 33.9, now 31.6

    Hoping to shift another couple of pounds for the final, then need another short term goal. Good luck for next week. We rock!
