Starting today - Calorie question

I am starting this today and am very excited. I am suppose to eat 1000 calories a day. Just to clarify in my own head, this should be the number of calories I've consumed for the day once I've subtracted my calories burned from exercising, correct?

I also eat 1000 calories a day - I never eat back any exercise calories (if that's what you mean)
On my eat up days I eat the full 2080 calories - so for the first 2 weeks you will follow a 6 days at 1000 and 1 day at your calorie max

I agree do not eat back the calories you burned. Your body will eat what you ate and then some. Good luck this is a great plan. You don't have much to lose. I have to lose 79 pounds total.
