What is the Macronutrient ratio for the Paleo diet? Carbs ?%, Protein ?% and Fat ?%?

Not sure if this will help but what I did was figure out how many cals to eat per day (based on my TDEE), as well as calculate how much protein an active person of my size needs per day.
Once I had those numbers I fiddled with my macros until my protein was where I wanted, set my carbs to sit around 65 and the rest fills itself in automatically (if you use MFP -> My Home -> Goals -> Change Goals -> Custom)

It will vary, each one of us have to learn by a bit of experimentation to get it right and it also shifts as you progress. I would recommend putting your fat intake at at least 50% to start and if you are trying to lose weight then try to keep your carbs under 75 grams a day, more than that if you have a ways to go.0

great input, thank you...I'm starting pretty aggressive with carbs at 50g and fat at 50g leaving the protein at 88g. I'll do that for a couple of weeks to see how I feel.0
