Hi Everyone :)

Hi, my name is Kenya. I am new to MFP. I have decided to give weight loss/ healthy living another try. I am one of those who has basically dieted my entire adulthood. I go through phases where I make an attempt to lose weight and times where I eat, drink, and make merry. :) Last year, I realized just how absolutely fabulous I am & if I never lose another pound I will still be fabulous. But I recently got married. My new husband is 10 yrs younger & I want to be around for a long time. I am hoping to make friends to help with this journey. I am looking forward to getting to know everyone here. :)

Oh, one more thing. . . I have taught kindergarten for the last 20 yrs. If I sound like I am talking to 5 yr olds, it is what I do all day. lol
