    I've been so busy all day, I didn't have my normal meals, but still made pretty decent choices. I hope I get to logging later tonight.

    Really happy about my dinner choice - really tasty chicken caesar salad, 1/2 portion w/ a few fries & glass of water. I'm surprised how easy it was to eat half, and that I was offered soda and drank water instead. The choices ARE becoming more automatic. Yay!
