Wannabe Fit Wednesday!

Good morning!! I want to be fit so I've started my day with:

20 (knee) pushups
40 squats
30 curls (4k)
50 jumpingjacks.

    1 mile walk to work RT:
    100 push ups, mixed: 25
    50 squats: 25
    50 triceps dips: 20
    100 biceps curls: 25
