I recently had my ovaries removed last October and at first didn't notice much weight difference. But as of today have gained a total of 18 ibs. I am currently on 2 mg of estradiol orally and testosterone cream. I have added the otc progesterone to the mix just recently. Having trouble losing weight no matter what I seem to try. I have counted every calorie, carb, fat gram, etc. etc. etc. have done so much research that I have gotten so confused on whether I need to reduce hormones add new ones etc. etc. etc. Any advice???
