Good for you!! Level 3 leaves me breathless! I can get through it all but I can tell my body is working hard, which is a good thing! But this morning was extremely tough for me. I woke up exhausted, how does that even happen after a good nights sleep? I have a lot going on so it's probably mental! I'm going away for the weekend, Friday-Monday so that should clear my head! I'll be able to shred Friday and Monday but Saturday & Sunday are out and I'm not sure I'll be able to make them up before hitting the Ripped in May. I'm seeing great results with this. I'm so happy!0 -

Level 3 is KILLING ME. So so sore... I've stopped doing the jump lunges and star jumps cause they're just too hard on my knees.0

It is so hard to do the jump lunges, I get through 5 of them and then I cannot do them at all, I go with Anita for the rest of them.. The rockstar jumps are a killer as well, those are probably the only 2 moves I hate the most.0
