Workout Challenge

I hope everyone is having a fantastic 1st week! I wanted to challenge you to do a little more this week and to take a brisk walk around your neighborhhood or around the business park.

Here are just a few of the benefits of walking:

•Prevent or manage various conditions, including heart disease, high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes
•Strengthen your bones
•Lift your mood
•Improve your balance and coordination

The faster, farther and more frequently you walk, the greater the benefits.
