I did CHX (workout) yesterday and now my (part) is sore!

Yesterday was BC2 + 30 day plank challenge.

BC2 is the one with all the dead lifts and tricep work and those triple threat pushups.

I couldn't hold the elbow plank for more than 30 seconds.

Place that is sore I expected to be sore? Glutes.
Place that is sore I wasn't expecting to be sore? Abs.

Abs??! From what?

    I think you're right. I did Plank challenge today and while my body wasn't as tired, the abs were like O HeLz NO!

    I did B1 last week for the first time in ages and oh.my.life. was I sore.

    I was walking like a robot and sitting down was agony!

    Yesterday was Push 2.

    I think it must have been the 1 legged dead lifts.

    I can feel it inside my glutes. OUCHIES!
