New here also...did atkins back in 2006 and went from 180 to 135...maintained until about a year ago when I gained back up to 150. with an increase in exercise I went back to 138...I have basically been maintaining for 6 months and Im ready to knock off another 10 pounds....hard though!! Im been going on a weekly average of 1225 calories ...today marks by first day back and trying to do induction...decreasing carbs from 50/100 to 20/40 and decreasing my protein and increasing my fat...we'll see where it takes me!:drinker:
