Anyone have some great numbers posted at comps??

My most recent:

75kg (165lbs) at 5'9"

SQ: 405
BP: 265
DL: 495

My last comp #s were a little lower but these are new PRs! Hoping to hit IPF world qualifiers this year and hopefully have a legit chance to compete with the best of the best in 74kg by 2018!

    i compete in SPF
5'9" 115kg (254), Sub-Masters, RAW, no belt, no wraps. just knee sleeves and squat shoes(SQ only)
my current(and only) meet results are:
SQ: 385 missed opener due to depth, hit same number as second, jumped too much for 3rd and missed it
    BN: 285 missed 3rd
DL: 455 hit all 3 and 40lb PR over previous gym PR

i only trained 5 weeks with a really crappy programand one of those weeks was the rest week before the meet. plus cut 15lbs in 9 days to hit weight and ended up 5lbs under for my class.
since then i have changed to a very agressive program and have increaded everything. these are only gym PRs but they do show improvement.
    SQ: 475
    BN: 325
DL:455(havent really pushed DL much yet, more concentrated on BN and SQ.

My next meet is November 15th in Gatlinburg TN and im aiming for 500/350/500 and i will be moving to the Masters 40-44 and gonna try to be in the 110kg(242) class. dont really care about that though, as i will not go on a stupid cut again just to make a lower class.

also just to ask, i got 475 at full depth, no belt or wraps. how much would a belt(inzer lever) and wraps help? never used either so i dont know how they will cross over to help with more weight, or not help at all.

I compete in the UK, GBPF, North West (NW)...

I'm assuming lifts are in Lb's?

We are in KG's over in UK, but I'll post in a KG\Lbs' format (100KG\220Lb's)

I compete in the 93KG\205Lb's class, RAW (Knee Sleeves\Belt)

    Best COMP Lifts

    Squat - 205KG\451Lbs - Got this one Sunday! (11th May 2014)
    Bench - 142.5KG\314Lbs
    Deadlift - 250KG\551Lbs

I want the 500Lb Squat(227.5KG), And think that's close and a 600KG(1322Lbs) Total, Last 2 comp I've hit 575KG(1267Lbs), also close, hoping to get that at Nationals in October.

I compete IPF equipped and unequipped

    My best equipped meet was:

    bw: 59kg - 130lbs (competing in 63kg weight class) M1 lifter
    squat: 140 kg (308lbs)
    bench: 75 kg (165lbs)
    deadlift: 165 kg (363lbs)
    total: 380 (838lbs)

My best unequipped was a couple of months ago:

bw: 55.1 (121lbs) (competing in 57kg weight class) M2 lifter
    squat: 105kg (231lbs)
    bench: 55kg (121lbs)
