Help! I can't stop binging and its driving me bananas!

    Just an idea.
    What seems to help me is planning my meals ahead of time. I put all my food for breakfast, lunch and snacks in my lunch bag.
    I will only eat what I pull out of my bag. When I get home I only eat what I planned out on my food log.
    It takes practice, but it is the only way I don't go off track through out the day.

    Pack your meals ahead of time, bentos are awesome for that.

    Go low on cash and w/o ccard, that will help you save money too.
