UD/DD Food?

Hey! Not new to JUDDD but new to this group
Anyway, I wanted to know if you guys have any favorite recipes that you use on DDs, what you do on UDs, etc.
Personally, on UDs I go for a relatively high protein intake (maybe 75-80 grams a day), and on DDs I usually go for a smoothie I really love (basically 2 cups kale, 2 cups baby carrots, 1 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup blueberry greek yogurt, 1/2 cup lemon juice, 2 cups water, and some Splenda all tossed together in a blender) which is about 290 calories and tastes really awesome. Anyone else?

I am sticking to eggs steamed veggies chicken and Lil fat to keep hunger at bay. Plain Jane but it works.0

DDs I love Fage 0% yogurt with Strawberry (trying out other flavors now)... you get a good amount of protein, carbs, and it tastes great for only 120 calories. Salads and lean meats are good, as well as protein shakes.
I also drink lots of water, green/white/roobios tea, and naturally flavored seltzer.... I try to have a variety of flavors on hand at all times.0
