Tai chi is a mind-body practice that is sometimes referred to as
"moving meditation." During tai chi, you move your body slowly and
gently with awareness and deep breathing. Benefits of tai chi, may
include improved physical condition, muscle strength, coordination and
flexibility; easing of pain and stiffness; and improved sleep. If
