Hi All,
I'm starting to get back in to the swing of keto-things and have a few upcoming events to training for (ultimate Frisbee team, a 5K which features me as a zombie chasing survivors through an obstacle course and then my wedding)
Just wondering if anyone has any recommended readings on keto and training? (I'm focusing on weights and sprints the most)

Others more knowledgeable than myself on exercise will probably have more to say. Though I've been dieting a while now I'm only a few weeks into exercising so listen to others above me on that.0
