Good morning
Just finished a Jillian Michaels work out called Killer Buns and Thighs. It is about 40 minutes long and I do find it challenging. I'm always feeling a bit like jello when I'm done. Going to cool down from this a bit and then do a few squats/lunges and maybe some arms. I really need to get some strength back into my routine. No running today.
I had another good eating day yesterday. I figure if I keep on with it, and don't mess up on weekends I can get to a pretty good weight by June. That is my goal.

Didn't get a workout in last night, I have a headache from hell! I went home at noon yesterday and thought I would just rest where it's quiet, I ended up sleeping for the whole afternoon! It's not as bad today but still there constantly so I'll see how I make out today.0

Great job Maureen! Good workout and a solid eating day. Just keep stringing those together and you'll get to that goal.
Sorry you're still not feeling well Diana. Good thing you went home since you slept all afternoon. Your body obviously needed the rest.
I have a trainer workout tonight. Hoping it's upper body because my legs are really sore today!0 -
Hey all! Another fail day for me. I went out to do some shopping and ended up toting little girl all over two neighborhoods and several hours later still didn't find everything (especially one particularly elusive item). (DID find ice cream and coffee though, imagine that! haha) In the process, DH had to pick-up and take son to lessons, so I stayed with lil girl and didn't get to run or hit the gym even though I was dressed and packed for it. The shopping just took MUCH longer than I expected. But the walking and carrying was better than nothing. Luckily my calories are really good today, so it's not a total loss.
Donna, your 3sets x 3 exercises routine sounds like what I've put together for home a couple times per week, but haven't been getting consistently due to little kitten trying to climb my leg. It is amazing how something so simple can really work you out.
Maureen, keep it up and just take it one day at a time, that's what I'm trying to do. Summer sure is a motivator.
Diana, hope you are feeling better. Glad you got a nap. Naps are amazing and very necessary at times.

Rest day for me! It's been a couple weeks since I had a rest day, so I'm enjoying this one!0
