I am 116.6 lbs. this week getting closer to my 110 lbs. goal.

    I am so happy to share my 1 month progress:
    Weight - 2.8 lbs.
    Fat % - 0.3%
    Fat Mass - 1.1 lbs.
    Lean Mass - 1.7 lbs.
    Biceps 0 cm
    Chest 2 cm
    Waist 1.5 cm
    Ab 1.5 cm
    Hip 0.5 cm
    Thigh 1 cm
    Calf 0 cm
    Skin Fold caliper 1 mm

    1 inch is 2.5 cms.

    Good news: I HIT 5 LBS LOST!

    Bad news: I think my BF% went up :/. This concerns me a bit, especially since I'm trying to eat more protein as I go back to the gym. But perhaps it's not that big of a change. I'm seeing slight decreases in my measurements, so I'm not sure if I'm losing muscle or not. Any thoughts?

    Weight:
    Week 1: 127.2
    Week 2: 126.2
    Week 3: 126.0
    Week 4: 125.8
    Week 5: 125.0!!!

    Measurements:
    Waist: 26.5 (same as last time, but overall 3 inches gone)
    Hips: 38.5 (same, and at new, proper measuring location. I've probably lost there overall, since my original location where I was measuring, the gut, has gone down a few inches)
    Thigh: 22.5 (0.5 in lost, at new proper location)
    Gut: 36.8 (an eensy bit of loss)
    BF%: According to Cover-bailey it's 23, according to Military it's 26%. It seems that Military is better, so I have 1% more BF than I thought. I guess that's not too bad, seeing as I think I started around 28-29? I think? Ugh. Am I losing weight correctly you guys?

    R arm 10; L arm 10.2;
    R thigh 20; L thigh 19.6

    Weighed in today...and *finally* got back to last week's weight. I have been eating out quite a bit because of the circumstances. LOTS of hidden carbs even when I select meat and veggies (sigh). HAPPY I finally got back to 118.4...and as Kathy says..."no matter how long it takes" (big smile)....WTG Everyone!! Love the Focus and All the time we take to log here!
