    I'm here today but just barely. This morning I could hardly move from all the yard work yesterday (mulching, cutting tree limbs, painting). I was going to call in sick but found I feel better when I move.

    I am going to have a low day today but will make this happen:
    Walk to work: 1/2 done
    50 squats: 15
    5 planks: 1

    Hi Sims and Hollis! Sounds like you had a very productive day yesterday, Hollis. Wow!!

    My internet was down for most of the day, but I wrote down my accomplishments. Here's the list:

    50 glute raises
    60 jumping jacks
    20 (mod) push ups
    3 each arm curls 9k
    20 shoulder presses 4k
    20 each hammer curls 4k
    10 each one arm rows 9k
    50 crunches
    95 dumbbell swings (for glutes) 4k

    Not sure if I'll do more today. But I'm thinking of you all! Have a great day!
