    Awesome job!!! This would have been my last week of my first round, but I got a virus last week and had to take the week off from working out. I'm back this week though- and with a vengeance! Thanks for sharing your results :) Hope round 2 is just as good!

    Awesome results! Congrats! I am on round 1, did the lower body fix today. My quads are still hurting from the surrenders on day 1! I am liking the program so far though.
