SW: 430 (All time high weight in 2006 was 475.)
CW: 279.8

Weigh ins: I will usually weigh in on Saturdays
5/1/14= 277.6 -2.2 of 12.8 goal
5/12/14=278.2 +0.6 After 9 days of vacation, this isn't bad. Back to the letter of the law as of today.
5/17/14= 276.9 -1.3, OK, the letter of the law evaded me, but the progress is reasonable. Ten more pounds in two weeks? Not likely, but will see how far can go in that time.
5/24/14= 279.3 +2.4 Wow, I knew the week was stress filled, less exercise, but wow. What can I do in a week, but hang on for the ride?
5/31/14= 274.3 -5.0 I am starting to suspect my batteries in the scale are going again, but I'll take it for today. I didn't even come close to the goal I set, but I'm happy to have lost over five for the month.0 -

5/3/14= 175.5 (-1.0)
5/10/14= 175.0 (-0.5) It has been 174, so why does it go up on weigh-in day?!? Oh yeah, turkey jerky. Yum...
5/17/14= 171.0 (-4.0) Surprising after two "cashew" days - but :happy:
5/24/14= 171.0 (0) It went back up and then down again, this is good.
5/31/14= 169.5 (-2.5)
Total = 8 down - that's four pounds away from a normal BMI (stunned)

GW: 279 (yes, given the recent slow losing it's a stretch, but really want to make that 100 lb. mark!)

5/2/14= 290 (-2 lbs. - late logged due to travel, but I'll take it!)
5/9/14= 291.6 (+1.6 lbs. - sigh. Here comes the water weight again :-(
5/16/14= 287 (-4.6 lbs. - Yay! Apparently being a little more careful with carbs and all those trips to the gym finally paid off!)
5/23/14= 286 (-1 lb. - knew it wasn't going to be another big loss, but I'll take it!
5/30/14= 286.8 (+.8 - given my lack of exercise this week, just happy it wasn't worse)
