I am so afraid I am not going to see a loss this week but a gain. My weight went up 2 lbs. after weigh in on Friday and it still has not gone back down. I am eating correctly calorie wise and walking more - but it just sticks at the +2 weight!!

Oh well it isn't Friday yet so we will see.

Hang in there. I usually lose my weekend gain until monday night / tuesday and then start losing for the week.

My weight bounces up and down by 2 pounds. I usually notice it up when I eat a lot of sodium or eat a heavier meal at night. It goes back down after a few days of eating less sodium and a lighter meal at dinner.

Like the others said, just hang in there and keep going and it will drop.

It is really frustrating though to see it go up or just keep going between a couple pounds up and down.

I make myself stay off the scale for a couple days.

It's always tricky, you might feel your clothes loosen up even though your number hasn't gone down.

I'm up a pound since we started and I'm stuck, so I can relate! Just keep at it. That's what I'm going to do :flowerforyou:

Well, I must have been tremendously concerned as I grazed with a spoon and a peanut butter jar early this morning!!

So, here I go again! And yes the peanut butter is in the trash even though it is not empty!!

I usually stay in a "Bounce" for a couple of weeks, before I settle into a new low-water mark. It's difficult to stay the course, but easier, in the long run, than starting over! :noway: (speaks from experience:grumble: )

I felt like I would bounce forever until last week when the scale finally moved significantly. All you can do is hold on to your hat and know the scale will stop toying with you when you least expect it. :flowerforyou:
