Congrats on getting this far guys! We all did a great job
Since tonight was my last night, I decided to post my final stats.
Weight- 173.2 -> 170.0
Waist- 34.3 -> 33.5
Hips- 43 -> 42
Bust- 41 -> 40
Below Bust- 34.6 -> 34
Left Thigh- 27 -> 27
Right Thigh- 28 -> 28
That's a weight loss of 3.2 pounds, and almost four inches total off my body. Although the measurements seem to be the same my clothes are fitting a lot looser and I'm super happy with my results.
I can't wait to start Ripped in 30 with some of you guys

Alright everyone! Since I started on Monday March 31st, yesterday was my last day. I feel amazing and proud to have actually accomplished something! I mean, I even got up early on Easter morning and did the shred!!! Overall I have had a loss of 4.8 lbs and 4 inches overall!! I really notice the difference in my legs and a little in my stomach.
I can't wait to start Jillian's Ripped in 30! I feel like these programs are perfect and have actually motivated me to keep going!
As promised, here are stats AND pictures! Not a huge difference in the pictures, but I FEEL amazing!

Total loss: 4.4 lbs!
I am not a measuring person, so I had someone measure me in the beginning, but when I measured yesterday I had lost: (not sure I knew what I was doing, 3 inches off waist?!? is that right? lol)
1/2 inch off my waist
3 inches from my hips!
1 inch from arms
1 inch from my back.
I can totally feel the difference in my clothing! I didn't do the shred every day in April, I tried to do it at least 4-5 days a week and did straight cardio two out of the 7 days with a rest day on Sunday.
I am excited to continue the Shred in May cause I only reached Level 2 this month. Who is with me?0 -

My size 10 pants were tight before starting the Shred and are definitely a lot looser now especially in my hips. My results were aided with doing an extra 30-45 minutes of exercise after completing the Shred workout (some days I did the Leslie Sansone Walk away the Pounds DVD and other days I did an extra Shred workout). I ate around 1850-2000 calories per day.0 -

Not bad! My test jeans (from years ago) feel a lot looser so I am happy with that but wish I had better results for my waist and my weight.0 -
Alright ladies! I actually did it! 30 days straight through. I really don't know how I did it without talking myself out of it ( I know a few days i almost did talk myself out of it) But all in all proud of myself and everyone else for hanging in there!
I did not diet while doing this. I wish i would have but i have to be honest, i didn't. With that said, i still feel SO much better. I have more energy during the day and i feel so much more toned and have much more endurance. I am starting ripped in 30 today and really want to try and make better food choices to even more improve my results. For not changing my eating habits, and only doing 20 minutes of working out everyday, i am happy with my results!

Great job Jade!!! It is tougher to lose when you are near your goal weight but you definitely made good progress. I mean 7 inches of progress! :-)
Pistachiopeas, that is a great feeling when those tight jeans are looser. It is almost a weird feeling to me because I am not used to baggy jeans. Hopefully after this month, I will be ready to donate some jeans to the thrift store.
Awesome job everyone and kudos for sticking it through to the end. It is awesome to have others who endured with you for an entire month of Jillian. Not an easy feat at all but we are here. :-)0 -
I know I'm a couple days late and not sure if anyone is still checking this but I wanted to post my progress b/c there was just a little I am trying to lose my final pesky 10-15 lbs and it's proving to be quite the feat. Anyhoo, I skipped the last two days b/c of some situations out of my control...and I will be joining you all on RI30 starting Monday (starting off with my two rest days? ...lol). I completed 25/30 days of 30DS and I'm daggone proud of that!
Weight - Lost 3 lbs (attribute most of that to Norovirus last weekend tho, lost 5 initially and then gained 2 back this week)
Waist - Lost 1/2 inch
Hips - Same
Thighs - Lost 1 inch
Calves - Lost 1/2 inch
So that's 3 lbs and 2 inches overall. Kinda disappointing but not going to give up. I'm going to focus more on diet this next 30 days & hope that makes the difference. Thanks for all the encouragement ladies! See ya in the RI30 group next week! :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:0 -
