Here we go! I hit the gym hard this AM, feel great and going to be 100% dedicated to my diet today. If anybody is still thrashing around looking for a quick-hit diet plan, I am on the Bizzy 21 day diet (you can YouTube it or look for it on bodybuilding.com). Hope it works for me and whatever you decide works for you.

I got my walking routine in today and met my net calorie goal.... That's 3 days in a row for both!

1st day is just about to start for me, probably not a great day for me as it is my first day off work this week so have been having some alcohol tonight, but I can offset by the fact that I had two workout sessions that more than cover the calories that I will be drinking so all is good. Looking forward to seeing how everyone gets on with this challenge. Good Luck!!0

Heyy! So today I took it easy since I did total body resistance training last night. This morning I did Pilates for an hour then walked for another hour
