to remind me that the weight on scale doesn't matter as much as how your body changes-especially for the times when we lift and gain and feel frustrated because that scale will not move! And also why measurements and photographs are a better way to keep track of progress.

    Those are inspiring!

    I definitely wouldn't mind gaining some weight if it's muscle. I really do care far more about how I feel and look, my health, strength and fitness, than the number on the scale.

    I really needed to see this! It is hard for me to work so hard to try to lose fat, and end up seeing the scale go up. I am dedicated about my time in the gym and with my diet. I just want so badly to feel like I am moving in the right direction. I will have to start focusing on the visual changes, and less on the scale numbers.

    So encouraged! Thank you!! I just did my before/after stage 1 pics and was encouraged too-no scale loss, but noticeable change...but these are amazing!
