Been getting alot lately, and today's keep hanging on. Even after taking some Motrin. I don't think it is med related, 'cause I have been on the Metformin for almost a month. Just these seem to be very frequent.

Sometimes I keep a headache. Sometimes I've found its tension related or not eating the right stuff. Sometimes its allergies (like today). I usually just use heat and ice and mostly it seems to help. Also has your blood pressure been checked lately?

Thanks, I still wonder if it was related to my eye appointment yesterday, but my BS was high this morning, so I wondered.
Yes, my dr checked my BP last time I was in(recently) and it was fine. It finally seems to be gone.

I routinely get tension headaches and migraines. However I have noticed they are worse at times when my blood sugar is not well controlled. I can't say that high blood sugars give me headaches, but they do seem to make me more susceptible. My triggers are not food related, they are weather/pressure changes, stress, allergies, etc.

Since you're having a headache everyday, it makes sense to talk to your doctor and find out the cause of the headaches. I hope you feel better soon. ~Lynn /Glucerna
