Hi!

Hi everyone!

My name is Liz. I emotionally eat, usually stressed induced or out of anxiety, but sometimes when I'm bored to. It's a difficult roller coaster for me, and I for one am ready to get off. I have terrible impulse control, so if I see those chips, I'm done for. And I can't eat just one chip, oh no. It's the whole freaking bag!

Anyway, I'm hoping this group will help. :)
