Hello everyone. I thought since we will be doing this workout on different schedules, we will use this one thread for posting our progress, questions, and struggles. Hopefully one thread will make it easier.

I loved hearing about Cmleo's experience with the workout. How has everyone else been doing?

I do the workout Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Tomorrow I am going to try for 3 sets of 15 reps on the boat crunches. They are my nemesis. I will conquer!

FYI:
For the Russian twists, to get more of a twist and less flailing I raised my legs bent them and held my feet pressed lightly on wall while twisting from right to left with 10 pound weight. I really wish we could cut and paste pictures. I am horrible at description.

Salute

Completed all three sets. I was struggling a little today. But praise God I finished in 36 minutes and 30 seconds. Oh and I did do 15 reps each time of the boat crunches. The last set I was flopping and pausing to readjust but I did do 15.

    Tip:
remember to squeeze those butt cheeks on the up of squats and lunges and calf raises. We want our tooshies plump not wide and flat. Pucker up ;D

Boat crunches, now those are killer, i feel abs and side muscles still burning from may2nd...yesterdays added much burn sensation, this work out with all the differnt nuscles throbbing and stinging HAS TO BE A TRANSFORMATION WORK OUT, no way my body will remain the same flabby fat if i keep the ENDURANCE FLOWING. TODAYS PAIN; TOMORROWS MUSCLES!!!

5/10/14 Saturday (a day late but it's all good)
Today I did the workout in 33 minutes. Hmm Am I forgetting one of the moves or miscounting? I know I was slower my first set because that took me 12 minutes and 8 seconds to complete.

    5/12/14 Monday
About to begin the workout. Feeling sluggish today. Hopefully this will perk me up. Let you know in a jif. Not so good. Only completed 2 sets. I ran out of time. Too many distractions this morning. I was quite slow today. First set 12 minutes and 20 seconds. Over all time 20 minutes and 40 seconds.

Who Ha! Get it done and be proud.

Looks like I may be the only one dong this challenge. If you are not liking it, not having results, we can do something else.

I completed all three sets today.

Feel free to tweak or vary the exercises. Today I did lying leg crunches like this:

Hello fellow warriors. I am feeling discouraged. No one is posting comments and I am feeling abandoned. I would much rather step down and have someone lead a routine that everyone enjoys than to continue doing this one by myself.

I would do much better if you just stopped in to say hi or to vent about your chaotic life anything other than the silence. Is everyone okay?

I had a rough couple days. I was in a fight with my husband. All is well now, thank God! But for those two days I was quite concerned.

Today I cried through the last set. Just not feeling pumped. I also had to take breaks between sets. Short breathers but still it adds to my defeated feeling.

I pray you all are well.

Dragging today. I really need encouragement. Only did two sets today. The first set took the longest it has ever taken me, 12 minutes and 54 seconds.

Ladies and Gents, please give a shout out today. I need feedback.

Slower today than the other day. It seems I am going backward instead of forward. Thankfully I did complete all three sets.

This week will bring this challenge to an end. I am looking forward to the next persons program. I am needing something different and group participation.

I managed to do this workout on Saturday. Although I did have to split it up into three segments for a rest between. Had a few interruptions during workout. To be expected when dealing with teenagers and young adults.

I just completed the workout for today. It took 34 minutes. That is average for me.

Has anyone done the challenge consistently? Please share your experience. I am curious as to how helped or hurt.
