Bone Marrow

Today, for lunch, I have a lamb shoulder chop. It had a nice big 2cm x 2cm chunk of bone marrow in it. Why can't my whole chop just be seared bone marrow!?!?!

I couldn't help myself and ate it right away. Now, I have nothing to look forward to. Sure, some of the fatty edge pieces are nice, but they just don't compare.

    There are a couple of restaurants in my city that serve gigantic hunks of bone marrow with a side salad. You can definitely find one if you live in a bigger city! So delicious. So incredibly delicious!

    That would be awesome. But, I am nowhere near a big city. There probably are places semi-close that serve marrow though. I would just need to find them.
